Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the AIML and Data Science team to enhance our AI tools.
- Support the hiring process by utilizing AI tools for reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses.
- Ensure that AI tools assist in the recruitment process while maintaining the integrity of human judgment in final hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
- Experience in data science and legal knowledge engineering.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
