About the Position
Leitender Monteur / Bautruppführer für Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (w/m/d)
Deutsche Bahn AG is seeking a skilled Leitender Monteur / Bautruppführer for Leit- und Sicherungstechnik to lead and manage installation projects across Germany. The role involves working on various sites, ensuring the successful completion of projects related to signaling and safety technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage installation projects on predominantly regional construction sites
- Conduct installation work on signaling and safety technology systems (switches, signals, signal boxes, and cable systems)
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues during construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and regularly liaise with site management to ensure project success
- Supervise assigned personnel in accordance with guidelines and occupational safety regulations
- Utilize modern machinery, construction vehicles, and necessary work attire provided by the company
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, such as Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik, Mechatroniker:in, or a comparable profession
- Experience in signaling and safety technology, ideally with a background as a Weichen- oder Signalmechaniker:in
- Confident, authoritative demeanor and willingness to take responsibility for your team
- Engagement and willingness to learn during internal qualification
- Valid Class B driver's license
