About the Position
Leiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsregion
Fonds Finanz Maklerservice GmbH is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the growth of our sales regions. As the Vertriebsregion Leader, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing regional directors to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard regional directors for the Fonds Finanz.
- Ensure a strong start for new regional directors, providing training and support for customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Activate and develop existing regional directors, identifying growth opportunities and implementing growth strategies.
- Represent Fonds Finanz at events, delivering presentations and fostering exchanges with sales units.
- Engage in sales-related projects, optimizing processes, and contributing to the scaling of our business model.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in life insurance, private health insurance, and property insurance.
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial and insurance markets, as well as the broker pool market.
- Proficiency in using common broker management software and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Demonstrable sales success and experience in managing, developing, or leading sales partners.
- Strong communication skills, compelling presentation abilities, and a keen eye for sales metrics and actionable insights.
