Responsibilities
- Operative and strategic leadership of the sales department
- Team management: Provide guidance and support to the team
- Process management: Ensure smooth operations in offer creation, order processing, and complaint management
- Process development: Strategic and operational improvement of existing processes through digitalization/AI
- Collaboration: Work closely with application technology and field service departments
Requirements
- Educational background: A completed business administration degree is advantageous, or a commercial education
- Experience: Several years in a similar position, preferably in a technical environment
- Leadership skills: Proven experience in employee management
- Process and change management: Experience is desirable
- Customer and service orientation: Coupled with decision-making ability, organizational talent, and teamwork
- IT skills: Proficiency in SAP, CRM System Microsoft Dynamics, and affinity for digitalization (e.g., through AI)
