About the Company

Communardo is a leading provider of software solutions and consulting services for the digital workplace. Our passion lies in modern work, agile processes, communication, and collaboration in companies. Our experts support clients across all industries in selecting the right software, implementing intelligent solutions, and developing customized apps. We accompany the introduction and operation of solutions through training, change management, and managed services.

About the Position

We are looking for a License Sales Manager DevOps & SecOps (m/w/d) to join our team. If you want to professionally support customers in the DevOps and SecOps environment and achieve more than just handling licenses, then become part of our team and support us as an inside sales representative.

Responsibilities

  • Independently support customers in the DevOps and SecOps environment and act as a reliable contact person in the inside sales department.
  • Coordinate and professionally follow up on inquiries, offers, and license issues related to software manufacturers AWS and GitLab to support the DevOps and SecOps stack.
  • Work closely with manufacturers, internal sales and service teams, and the PDU to place suitable solutions and services.
  • Identify customer needs, systematically record them, and actively develop opportunities for additional services.
  • Document sales processes cleanly, keep an eye on numbers, and contribute to efficient teamwork.
  • Support the further development of our DevOps and SecOps activities with your own ideas and take advantage of the scope for shaping in a growing environment.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education with a good degree.
  • Initial professional experience in sales, sales environment, or service business – ideally 1–2 years.
  • Professional demeanor in customer contact and enjoyment of reliably managing customer relationships.
  • Interest in IT, software sales, and DevOps and SecOps topics; pre-sales experience is a plus.
  • Good numerical understanding, analytical and logical thinking, and a structured approach.
  • Very good teamwork, communication skills, and reliability.
  • German language skills at least at B1 level, ideally C1/C2; English language skills at least B1/B2.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in software development, especially around CI/CD and code security.

We Offer

  • Flexibility that fits your life – flexible working hours, home office/remote options, and global office weeks to make work and life fit together.
  • Personal development – regular development discussions, training budget, paid training days, and clear career paths.
  • Fair, performance-based compensation – market-oriented, regularly reviewed, and aligned with understandable performance criteria.
  • Benefits that suit you – a flexible benefits package (e.g., subsidies for mobility, health, pension, or benefits) that you can assemble individually according to your needs.
  • Technology at the forefront – access to leading partner ecosystems (Atlassian Platinum, Microsoft, AWS Premier) and AI as an integral part of our products and working methods.
  • Values that you can feel, not just read – our Communardo Values shape everyday work, not just the wall lettering.
  • A growing, international group – over 500 colleagues at locations in DACH, the Nordics, and BeNeLux, with real scope for shaping instead of corporate bureaucracy.
  • #smartertogether – lived, not just claimed – close cooperation and mutual support across brands and countries.
