Licensing & Billing Specialist (język angielski) / Specjalista/-ka ds. Licencjonowania i Rozliczeń (język angielski)

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships in English and Polish - via phone and email, working in a 2-shift system.
• Resolve issues related to the purchase and renewal of subscriptions for CodeTwo products.
• Provide pre- and post-sales email and phone support to our clients and partners.
• Solve technical problems related to access to the customer panel or other issues related to subscription management (with the support of more experienced colleagues from the department).

Requirements

• Positive energy, diligence, accuracy (meticulousness is welcome), and commitment.
• Ability to solve problems independently and a sensible approach to life and work.
• Skills in effective time management and quick thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in computer operation, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT concepts such as email and the internet.
• Very good knowledge of the English language in speech and writing.
