About the Position

Licensing & Billing Specialist (język niemiecki) / Specjalista/-ka ds. Licencjonowania i Rozliczeń (język niemiecki)

• Location: Jelenia Góra, dolnośląskie, Polska
• Department: Customer Success

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships in German and Polish - via phone and email, working in a 2-shift system.
• Solve problems related to the purchase and renewal of subscriptions for CodeTwo products.
• Provide pre- and post-sales email and phone support to our clients and partners.
• Resolve technical issues related to customer panel access or other subscription management problems (with the support of more experienced colleagues from the department).

Requirements

• Positive energy, diligence, accuracy (meticulousness is welcome), and commitment.
• Ability to solve problems independently and a sensible approach to life and work.
• Skills in effective self-organization and resourcefulness.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in computer operation, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT concepts such as email and the internet.
• Communicative level of English proficiency.
• Very good knowledge of the German language in speech and writing.
