Lider/ Liderka Zespołu Technicznego

Location: Wola Bykowska (pow. piotrkowski; gm. Grabica)

We are seeking a Team Leader for Technical Systems to join our innovative logistics company in Wola Bykowska, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving issues in automation systems and active participation in technical works
• Conducting preventive inspections and responding to critical failures
• Coordinating the technical team (task planning, priorities, supervision)
• Training and supporting technicians and onboarding new employees
• Collaborating with Operations, IT, and external services, and overseeing their work
• Participating in the commissioning, relocation, and acceptance of automation installations
• Managing documentation, traffic maintenance systems, and parts warehouse
• Initiating technical improvements, standardizing processes, and monitoring technical indicators
• Ensuring adherence to technical standards and occupational health and safety principles

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in traffic maintenance, automation, mechanics, or electromechanical systems
• Technical education (vocational or secondary)
• Knowledge of machinery construction, technical drawings, and electrical schematics
• Basic knowledge of electricity, automation, and pneumatics
• Ability to plan personal and team work
• Independence, responsibility, and good work organization
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver's license (category B)
• SEP and UDT certifications
• English language proficiency at a communicative level
