About the Position
Lider Magazynu (K/M)
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse processes and ensure supply continuity for production components.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the safety and hygiene of the subordinate team.
- Implementation and supervision of warehouse processes, in accordance with applicable standards.
- Management of the subordinate team to maintain the continuity of the supply chain of components for production.
- Maintaining the accuracy and availability of all materials by ensuring physical stock compliance with the system.
- Monitoring key parameters of warehouse processes.
- Identifying discrepancies, implementing corrective and preventive actions on an ongoing basis.
- Preparing reports and ensuring KPI.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Minimum secondary education.
- UDT certification for forklift operation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good work organization, independence, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of the English language.
