About the Position

Lider Trade Marketing

We are seeking a Lider Trade Marketing to lead a field team in executing marketing and sales strategies in Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategic management of national Promotoría, leading a field team focused on executing marketing and commercial strategies, as well as generating sales for the business.
Develop and implement the Annual Strategic Plan of Promotoría, defining priorities, coverage, channels, regions, points of sale (PDV), and tactical plans aligned with corporate, brand, and channel strategies.
Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, productivity, sell-out, execution, and return on investment (ROI), transforming field data into insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Collaborate with the national field operation, ensuring standardization, excellence in execution, productivity, and high performance of the teams.
Manage relationships with multidisciplinary areas, clients, and other stakeholders, promoting strategic alignment and the development of solutions for the business.
Analyze market potential and define coverage, structure, routes, and frequency of visits to points of sale, maximizing operational efficiency and return on investment.
Translate brand and business strategies into specific channel activation plans, promotional programs, merchandising initiatives, and customer-directed campaigns.
Translate business strategies into effective execution plans across different channels and points of sale.

English: Basic understanding and communication in everyday work situations, reading simple information, and following simple instructions.
Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
