We are looking for a Change Leader to join our Fulfillment Operations Department at InPost. If you are passionate about optimizing logistics and e-commerce, this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

• Przydzielanie zadań zespołowi: Delegating tasks to the team.
• Motywowanie i wspieranie pracowników w ich zadaniach: Motivating and supporting employees in their tasks.
• Administrowanie danymi: Managing data.
• Obsługa zwrotów: Handling returns.
• Bieżąca realizacja zamówień wpływających do magazynu: Ensuring smooth order processing.

Requirements

• Chęć do pracy z ludźmi: Desire to work with people.
• Praca w systemie zmianowym (6-14 i 14-22): Experience working in shifts.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem: Team management experience.
• Praca w równoważnym systemie czasu pracy: Ability to balance work hours.
• Dobra organizacja pracy: Good organizational skills.
• Znajomość obsługi komputera: Computer skills.
• Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu: Ability to work under pressure.
• Zaangażowanie w pracy: Commitment to work.
