About the Position

Łukasiewicz – Instytut Elektrotechniki is seeking a Manager for the Organizational Department to lead and manage our organizational processes in Warsaw, Poland. Responsibilities

• Directing the work of the Organizational Department and overseeing the completion of its tasks.
• Ensuring efficient organization of the Institute, including developing and updating plans, regulations, management decisions, procedures, and internal processes.
• Supervising the timeliness, completeness, and compliance of internal legal acts with applicable laws.
• Providing opinions and co-creating internal legal acts, procedures, and maintaining appropriate registers (legal acts, procedures, contracts, powers of attorney, resolutions, complaints, and applications).
• Handling the Institute's bodies, including organizing and managing Institute Council meetings.
• Overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence and managing the general office.
• Coordinating cooperation with external legal services and external institutions, including state administration bodies.
• Exercising ownership supervision over companies and entities affiliated with the Institute.
• Acquiring and analyzing organizational information for decision-making by the Management Board.
• Coordinating control activities conducted by external institutions.
• Managing the Institute's archive and library.
• Supporting processes related to scientific information, including database management, scientific output records, reporting, and intellectual property protection.

Requirements

• Higher education and 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in managing teams.
• Excellent knowledge of administrative law and the functioning of public or research institutions.
• Experience in developing and implementing procedures and internal acts.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of organizational and analytical skills.
• Independence, responsibility, accuracy, and resilience under time pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Nice to Have

• Preferred higher education in administration, law, management, or related fields.
• Several years of professional experience in a managerial position in the administration or organization sector.
• Knowledge of scientific information systems and issues related to research and development activities.
