Linkbuilding Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Linkbuilding Manager to build and scale the linkbuilding direction from the ground up. In this role, you will develop strategies, establish processes, and drive the growth of a high-quality backlink profile across priority markets. Your expertise will have a direct impact on SEO performance and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build linkbuilding as a direction from scratch: processes, contractors, budgets, metrics, reporting.
• Develop and scale the linkbuilding strategy for a portfolio of domains and priority GEOs.
• Work with different types of links and tiered schemes, manage anchor strategy and footprint management.
• Build and develop a network of contractors and websites.
• Analyze the impact of links on rankings, traffic, and FTD together with internal analytics.
• Hire and develop a team of linkbuilders as the direction grows.

Requirements

• Practical experience in spam linkbuilding in competitive niches.
• Experience in crowd marketing.
• Understanding of and practical experience in outreach will be a plus.
• Confident use of Ahrefs / Majestic and linkbuilding automation tools.
• Understanding of anchor profiles, link velocity, and footprints.
• Managing the linkbuilding budget and contractors.
• Result-oriented mindset and focus on backlink profile quality.

Nice to Have

• Own established databases.
• Experience in building and managing PBN.
• Experience in team management.
• Practical skills in working with AI tools.
