Linux & Cloud Administrators (L3/L4 Support) - Hyperscale's (Azure, GCP, AWS, IBM Cloud) - SAP/Customer On-prem Data Centres – Hungary

About the Position

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for seasoned Linux & Cloud Administrators (L3/L4 Support) with experience in ensuring 24/7 availability of SAP systems within SAP ECS environments across hyperscale's (Azure, GCP, AWS, IBM Cloud) and SAP/Customer On-prem Data Centres in Hungary.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, Incident resolution, Request fulfilment, and Problem Management to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Provide L3/L4 expert support for Linux (SUSE and Redhat) and Windows OS, hosted in hyperscale platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS, IBM Cloud) and SAP/Customer On-prem Data Center.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP ECS environments across hyperscale's (Azure, GCP, AWS, IBM Cloud).
• Proficiency with SUSE and Redhat.
• Experience with SAP/Customer On-prem DC.
• Knowledge of Linux OS and infrastructure layers across Hyperscalers and SAP Data Centres.
• L3/L4 escalation contact.
