About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Linux System Administrator/DevOps to join our team and manage our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. ІНФОТЕХ is a state IT company under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, dedicated to developing and implementing software products under the MIA brand. Our projects cover a wide range of areas, including cryptographic protection, digital transformation, and IT solutions for healthcare, education, finance, public administration, and telecommunications.
Responsibilities
- Administration and support of infrastructure (Linux servers, containers, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines)
- Configuration and maintenance of monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.), incident response
- Automation of routine tasks (bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes)
- Working with logging and tracing systems (ELK / Loki / Sentry / Zipkin)
- Performance optimization of services, participation in scaling planning
- Interaction with developers, support of CI/CD processes (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Participation in the implementation of security practices (secrets management, TLS/SSL, access control)
Requirements
- Higher education
- Fluency in Ukrainian
- Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu, CentOS/RHEL) at the administrator level
- Understanding of computer network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, load balancing, firewall)
- Practical experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge and experience with monitoring and logging systems
- Skills in automation and configuration management systems (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- Ability to quickly analyze and resolve infrastructure incidents
- Responsibility, attentiveness, discipline
- Willingness to learn and develop in the field of DevOps/SRE
