About the Position
LITHUANIAN AND ENGLISH SPEAKING E-MAIL AND CHAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT
We are looking for a dedicated Lithuanian and English Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team at Entain NCE. As part of Entain, one of the biggest iGaming companies worldwide, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support through email, chat, and phone.
Responsibilities
- Help customers with their inquiries over email, chat, or phone.
- Investigate problems, develop solutions, and manage through resolution.
- Escalate issues to other departments or manager.
- Support your colleagues and help the new ones.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal Lithuanian and English skills.
- Very good computer and typing skills.
- Experience documenting customer issues in detail and handling support requests from various channels simultaneously.
- Experience gathering complete and accurate information from customers.
- Problem-solving skills and flexibility to handle change.
- Readiness to work flexible hours and shifts between 9:00 AM - 22:00 PM (Monday-Sunday).

Salary
The hourly salary for this role ranges from €9.00 to €10.00 gross, depending on experience level.
