Live Commerce Intern (Strategic Planning or Livestream Operator)

About the Position

We are seeking a Live Commerce Intern to join AnyMind Group, focusing on supporting e-commerce livestreams and performance analysis across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. You’ll assist in tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and helping build insights for reports and pitch decks.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning Intern

• Data Management: Gather and analyze live streaming KPIs (viewership, conversion, GMV) specifically from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to track performance and find growth opportunities.
• Pitch Deck Creation: Translate platform data into clean, visually compelling presentations and pitches for brand partners and internal stakeholders.
• Trend Forecasting: Deeply monitor TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystems to deliver regular trend reports, aligning viral formats and platform algorithm shifts with business demands.
• Campaign & Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of platform-specific live commerce engagement events and mega sales campaigns (e.g., double-digit campaigns like 9.9, 11.11) to boost viewer interaction and conversions.

Livestream Operator Intern

• Assist in setting up cameras, lighting, audio, and streaming equipment
• Support OBS Studio setup (scenes, overlays, graphics, and transitions)
• Run pre-live checks (internet, audio/video sync, stream quality)
• Operate livestream controls during broadcasts (scene switching, overlays, product pinning)
• Monitor stream performance and help troubleshoot minor issues in real time
• Assist in post-live tasks like teardown, recording export, and file organization

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
• At least 600 internship hours
• Must have your own laptop for work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in GSuite, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Attention to detail, ability to synthesize, influence and convince, communication, and effective data storytelling
• Action-oriented, digitally savvy, intelligent insights
