Live Casino Dealer – up to $23/hr (Tips) – No Experience Needed – Paid Training
Looking for something different from retail, cashier, or server work?
Evolution is hiring Live Casino Dealers at our Atlantic City studio. You'll deal real casino games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat - live on camera while players join online from their phones, tablets, and computers around the world.
No casino experience? No problem. No dealing experience? We train you.
This is not a casino floor. No smoke. No physical players at your table. No cash handling. You'll work in a modern professional studio with a full team around you - and walk out of paid training ready to go live.

Responsibilities
- Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts with accuracy
- Keep the game moving smoothly and professionally every shift
- Bring a confident, positive presence to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail and customer service
- Experience in restaurants, bars, and hospitality
- Experience in hotels, reception, and front desk
- Experience as a cashier and register
- Experience in call centers and agent roles
- Experience in entertainment and performing arts
- Experience in casino or gaming (a plus, not a requirement)
We Offer
- $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
- After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
