About the Position

Citi Japan is seeking a dedicated Loan Agency & Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a unique dual-scope opportunity where you will manage syndicated loan agency operations and contribute to loan operations, including deal booking, journal entry, and general ledger management. If you are motivated to build specialist expertise across both functions and are open to working with modern, AI-assisted tools, this role offers meaningful cross-functional exposure from day one.

Responsibilities

• シンジケートローンのエージェント業務をエンドツーエンドで担当します - ドローダウン処理、ロールオーバー管理、返済、手数料決済、案件クローズまでの全ライフサイクルを管理します。
• シンジケート参加行への通知配布、金利リセット、貸出割当、手数料配分などのエージェント銀行業務を正確に調整・実行します。
• 融資案件にわたる仕訳（JE）および元帳（GL）エントリーを正確に入力・管理します。
• ポジション照合、現金照合、ノストロ照合を実施し、差異を特定・解消することでローン記録の正確性を維持します。
• オペレーションおよびテクノロジーチームと連携し、システム改善プロジェクトへ参画します。
• deal covenants and compliance requirements, escalating exceptions or breaches through appropriate governance channels in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 4年以上の金融機関での経験、および取引予約、総勘定元帳、仕訳原則、照合実務、現金決済などのローンプロセスの知識。
• ローン文書（信用契約書、ファシリティレター、エージェント銀行通知など）の管理・準備・レビューを担当できること。
• 業務上のリスクや問題を特定、軽減、管理、エスカレーションできること。
• 適用される法令・規制・社内ポリシーの遵守に対する高いコンプライアンス意識を有していること。
• 日本語ネイティブレベル（話す・書く・読む）。
• AI-assisted tools and emerging technologiesへの好奇心と開放性。

Nice to Have

• シンジケートローン、ローン・エージェンシー業務、またはローン・オペレーション業務における実務経験。
• LoanIQ（Finastra LoanIQ）または同等のローン管理システムにおける実務経験。
• クロスボーダー案件対応やグローバル拠点とのコミュニケーションに活用できるビジネスレベルの英語力。
• システム改善活動への参画経験。
