- Develop a comprehensive strategy for the Association of Kosovo Municipalities.
- Collaborate with local institutions to enhance local governance.
- Provide targeted strategic support to advance local governance.
Requirements
- Local Governance: Expertise in local governance frameworks.
- Strategy Development: Proven experience in developing strategic plans.
Language Skills
- English: Advanced proficiency.
- Albanian: Advanced proficiency.
