Local Marketing Coordinator (w/m/d) gesucht 100%
Als eines der schnellst wachsenden Fitness Franchiseunternehmen Europas legen wir Wert darauf, Awareness für das AURUM Training zu schaffen und AURUM Franchisees zu den erfolgreichsten Marketeers in ihrer Stadt zu machen. Responsibilities
- Die bereits bewährten AURUM Marketing Aktivitäten auf der lokalen Ebene in enger Zusammenarbeit mit CMO und den Franchisees umsetzen
- Werbung in den klassischen und digitalen Medien einkaufen, umsetzen, Performance messen und Franchisees den Verbesserungsvorschläge machen
- Franchisees bei der Umsetzung von Guerilla Marketing, Event Marketing (Grand Opening, Kundenevents) und Content Marketing (Video- und Photoshoots, Social Media) unterstützen
- Weitere Marketingmassnahmen identifizieren und umsetzen, die das Zielpublikum über den gesamten Funnel vom Awareness bis hin zur Conversion und Retention begleiten
Requirements
- Nachweisliche Affinität für Sport, Gesundheit und gesunden Lebensstil
- 2-3 Jahre Agenturarbeit oder erste Erfahrung im Marketing in einem Unternehmen
- Bereitschaft als Local Marketing Coordinator zu starten und in die Rolle des Regional- und später National Marketing Manager zu wachsen
- Deutsch als Muttersprache (in Wort und Schrift) und working proficiency in English
- Schreibkompetenz für beides, Marketingtexte und journalistische Beiträge
- Empathie, Ambition und Eigeninitiative
