About the Position
Locums Pediatric or Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in California
CompHealth is seeking a Locums Pediatric or Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a full-time opportunity in Tulare, CA. We aim to make the locums process easier by handling all the details like credentialing, housing, travel arrangements, and more. So, you can focus on helping patients while we take care of the rest.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric primary care in a clinic setting.
- Perform office-based procedures as required.
- Manage patient loads of 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift or 25-27 per 9-hour shift.
- Work 5 days/week (8-hour shifts) or 4 days/week (9-hour shifts) with specific hours: Mon - Thu 10 am - 7 pm & Fri 8 am - 5 pm; or Mon - Thu 9 am - 7 pm.
- Minimum of 3 late days (until 7 pm) per week and at least 1 weekend day per month.
- Cover vacation and leave as needed, which may require additional evening or Saturday shifts.
Requirements
- Pediatric or Family Practice experience.
- Must be able to work full-time in Tulare, CA.
