About the Position

TAF Industries, a leading military-tech company specializing in the production and development of defense technologies, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Kyiv. If you have at least 1 year of experience in administrative, coordination, or logistics roles, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Collecting information from production, warehouse, and other departments
• Forming transportation requests
• Communicating with carriers and contractors
• Monitoring the status of shipments and deliveries
• Maintaining logistics documentation
• Preparing reports
• Updating information in Odoo and other internal systems
• Transferring information to the senior logistician for decision-making
• Controlling the execution of agreed logistics tasks

Requirements

• Experience of at least 1 year in administrative, coordination, or logistics roles
• Experience with documents and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, Gmail)
• Business communication skills

Nice to Have

• English proficiency (A2+)
• Ability to provide recommendations from previous jobs
