About the Position

Logistic Foreign Trade Admin Intern

PT. Robert Bosch is looking for a passionate intern to join our team. This is a full-time paid internship opportunity from January to June 2027, exclusively for college students who will not graduate during the internship period.

Responsibilities

• EXIM Billing invoice checking, submitting to Finance / CF and create the report
• Create Supporting documents for export-import clearance process (insurance, POA letter, DNP)
• General archiving (soft copy database) for EXIM documentation
• Project on foreign trade or EXIM field
• Power BI (chart, KPI, Dashboard)

Requirements

• Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably from Industrial Engineering / Management / Logistic / Management Transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Have a good knowledge in logistics and foreign trade.
