Logistics & International Trade Manager

About the Position

International manufacturing company with over 70 years of history, a global and European leader in providing solutions for retail, logistics, hospitality, and airports. Responsibilities

• Organization and control of all logistics processes – from ordering from suppliers to shipping to customers;
• Timely formation of orders to suppliers, taking into account sales plans and warehouse stocks;
• Checking and preparing shipping documents at all stages of product movement;
• Interacting with customs brokers and transport companies;
• Controlling warehouse stocks, analysing the efficiency of deliveries and stock turnover;
• Communicating with customers regarding shipments and deliveries;
• Preparing regular reports on logistics indicators;
• Organising and participating in inventories;
• Carrying out official assignments from management within the scope of job responsibilities.

Requirements

• Higher education (logistics, management, economics);
• Experience in logistics, foreign economic activity or supply chain management;
• Knowledge and understanding of customs clearance processes;
• English – confident written and spoken (at least Intermediate);
• German would be an advantage;
• Experience working with documents and in 1C (UTP 8);
• Confident PC user (MS Office);
• Driving licence and driving experience (preferred);
• Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills, self-organisation and ability to work in a team.
