The Bosch Budapest location opened in 1991. We have more than 2700 employees working together. Besides numerous development projects, the Budapest location serves as a sales center for Southeast Europe, dealing with automotive parts, vehicle diagnostic devices, hand tools, and thermotechnical equipment and safety systems. Supporting departments such as finance, controlling, procurement, communication, and human resources also operate here.

Responsibilities

How you can contribute to our common goals:

• Intensive participation in daily operational work
• Preparation of daily/weekly reports internally (for the team, management) and for factories
• Daily support of full-time colleagues in integrating Bosch factory suppliers into our internal system
• Document management, data recording, and coordination
• Freight calculation for customs colleagues

Requirements

• Active full-time student status
• Ongoing higher education studies at BSc or MSc level in economics
• MS Office user-level proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat)
• Accuracy, initiative, independence, precision
• Reliability
• Excellent communication skills
• Communicative English proficiency
• German language knowledge is a plus
• Commitment to at least 30 hours per week
• Minimum commitment of 12 months
