About the Position
We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee transportation at our confectionery factory, ensuring efficient route planning and cost control.
Responsibilities
- Building routes in ANT Logistic and 1C
- Maintaining reference data in ANT Logistic and 1C together with the IT department and other teams, in line with company needs
- Monitoring, analysing and controlling the completion of tasks and routes (planned vs. actual)
- Sourcing third-party freight and closing round trips
- Analysing costs and approving routes for raw material deliveries (in-house needs)
- Finding new shippers on the Della and Lardi platforms and in social media communities
- Handling documentation for all third-party freight and resolving force majeure situations
- Controlling payment of invoices for hired transportation
- Recording tipper truck operations
- Supporting foreign trade operations, communicating with partners and monitoring the international transportation market
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Practical skills in 1C, TMS, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of routing software
- Understanding of the basics of receiving, storing and dispatching food products
