About the Role
As a Logistics Process Engineer, you will coordinate projects with our clients. Your task is to implement our software at the customer's site, understand the processes on-site, and support the integration of our system into the IT world of our customers. In this position, you will work with cross-functional internal teams (including the Engineering and Product units) to enable an optimal software experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Technical process clarification and analysis of production and logistics processes at the customer
- Technical and functional concept creation (e.g., Business Data Model, interface specification, process design)
- Competent consultation of customers regarding process improvements
- Technical documentation of customer requirements and processes
- Management and structuring of IT projects as well as coordination of milestones and deadlines
- Interface to our Product Owners, involved stakeholders, and our product development
- Technical configuration of the software on the customer's side
Requirements
- Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Knowledge of logistics and production processes, ideally in combination with autonomous systems
- Residence in Germany (applicants must currently live in Germany)
- Solid experience in technical and functional process analysis
- Initial experience in agile and classical project management
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Trustworthy and communicative personality
- Careful and independent working style
- Willingness to travel and a valid German driver's license (B)
