Logistics Trainee

We are looking for a Logistics Trainee to support our Logistics team by collaborating on daily operational management, process monitoring, and continuous improvement of the logistics chain in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities

Logistic and Operations Area

• Support the daily coordination of logistics operations (receiving, preparing, and dispatching orders).
• Collaborate in tracking merchandise inflows and outflows and inventory control.
• Assist in managing and resolving logistics issues (transport, deliveries, returns).
• Participate in the organization and optimization of warehouse processes.
• Collaborate in coordinating with transportation providers and internal teams.
• Support in the preparation of operational reports and analysis of logistics KPIs.
• Provide support during logistics campaigns and peak activity periods.

Requirements

• Student pursuing a degree or master's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Interest in the world of logistics, operations, and supply chain.
• Organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Good level of English (other languages are a plus).
• Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and teamwork skills.

Formation that the Student Will Acquire

• Practical experience in an international and omnichannel logistics environment.
• Learning in operations management, inventory control, and transportation.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects.
• Ongoing support and training from the Logistics team.
