About the Position
Logistikplaner Industrial Engineering (m/w/d)
Join our team at our Schrobenhausen location as a Logistikplaner Industrial Engineering at BAUER Maschinen GmbH in Aresing, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Optimization of logistical processes with a focus on stable and efficient operations in the final assembly plant in Aresing
- Analysis, selection, and implementation of suitable logistics methods
- Digitization and automation of logistical processes and derivation of system-side requirements for SAP-supported processes
- Initiation and implementation of end-to-end Lean projects from the production environment with interfaces to the entire supply chain
- Active participation in Industrial Engineering, e.g., in economic analyses, factory planning, Lean initiatives, or digitalization projects
Requirements
- Degree or comparable qualification/professional experience in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production, logistics, or a similar discipline
- Experience in the production and logistics environment
- Process understanding for material flow, assembly supply, and SAP-supported processes
- Analytical and structured approach with a pronounced solution orientation
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different departments and interfaces
- Self-initiative, implementation strength, and the ability to drive projects independently

- Project management skills
