Due to our highly successful business development, we are expanding our team and are looking for a Solution Finder in Customer Service (m/w/d) for our depot in Leopoldsdorf.

Responsibilities

• You are the central contact person in the back office for our shipping and receiving customers
• You receive inquiries, analyze problems, and work consistently on solutions
• You document your cases in a structured manner in our internal software
• You are in close contact with our transport partners and keep all threads together
• You support the daily business and are a reliable part of your team

Requirements

• You are IT-affine and feel comfortable in digital systems
• You think in solutions, not in problems – and stay committed until a solution is found
• You are service- and customer-oriented, even when it gets challenging
• You have a high resilience and know that not every inquiry is easy, but you handle it professionally
• You work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner
• You communicate clearly, remain friendly, and are a true team player

We offer a market-compliant overpayment of the collective bargaining minimum salary (EUR 2,352.50 gross/month) depending on qualifications and experience.
