Responsibilities

• Implement sales activities to achieve FA sales target (i.e. Rev, IO, AR, Inventory, New Focus Customer, etc.).
• Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities of customers to ensure DC’s maximum share.
• Understand and align BU profitable growth strategy (including application, product, pricing, after-market) to drive success in responsible area.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and stay abreast of customer trends to define business decisions.
• Development new sales partner focus on linear products.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical automation or electrical automation control related.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling of FA products, familiar with LT market, team leading experience preferred.
• Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, understand the strength of distribution channel for business development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve complex business challenges.

• Related mechanical product working experience is preferred.
• Familiar with the industry are preferred.
• Willing to travel frequently.
