We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of influencers, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering collaborations that elevate the visibility and reach of our clients within the Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive successful influencer campaigns and forge meaningful connections. This is an entry-level role at our agency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with top-tier web3 influencers, content creators, thought leaders, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their brand objectives, target audience, and campaign goals, and develop customized outreach and partnership strategies that align with their vision.
• Plan and execute strategic influencer campaigns, including content collaborations, brand ambassador programs, and sponsored activations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and emerging influencers within the Web3 industry, and leverage this knowledge to inform outreach and partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Represent Luna PR at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or related fields, preferably within the web3 space.
• Extensive network of connections with influencers, content creators, thought leaders, and industry stakeholders within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of the web 3 industry, including familiarity with protocols, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of driving successful influencer campaigns and partnership initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to create mutually beneficial agreements and ensure timely deliverables.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop innovative influencer outreach and partnership strategies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Events experience is a big plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
