About the Position
Luna - PR Account Manager
We are LUNA PR - an award-winning, global PR and Communications agency, focused on web3 and emerging tech clients. We are looking for someone to join us as an Account Manager to work with a team synergistically and oversee all public relations, media, and communication activities for various clients at a time. This is a senior role at our organization.
The job entails:
- Being client-facing and focusing on building a strong relationship with your client
- Networking with media and journalists to broaden your network of media relations/contacts
- Working with clients on a global scale
- Having a good understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, metaverse, NFTs, and other aspects of web3 technology
- Assisting with media relations with aims to get clients out on tier-1 press
- Writing pitches to journalists and press releases and distributing them accordingly
- Curating media lists
- Media Monitoring and reports
- Overseeing other aspects of services provided to clients from peers in your team, such as social media, campaigns, influencers, and taking a holistic approach to all PR and marketing activities
- Collaborating with 4-5 team members synergistically
- Advising clients with the most suitable PR and marketing approach/strategy for their brand
- Attending conferences on behalf of Luna PR
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a similar field
- Have at least 3-5 years of PR agency experience
- Have experience working with clients on a global scale, not just the Middle East
- Be confident and client-facing - an extroverted personality is a plus
- Understand and have an interest in fintech, web3, and emerging technology
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure
- Be extremely organized
- Be able to network and build relationships with media and potential clients
- Have excellent command of written and spoken English
