About the Position
Welcome on board, Titan
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building end-to-end solutions-designing, deploying, and monitoring models, along with the systems that support them. As you’ll be very hands-on with both the data science aspects and MLOps, with a touch of software engineering, this role is a great fit for someone passionate about both. Though we expect you’ll grow with us and we’re committed to investing in your development, you should already be comfortable in deploying end-to-end processes to production systems.
The position is hired only within the EU / Fluency in Estonian, both written and spoken is required / Mid-Senior level position

Key Responsibilities
- Packaging and deploying machine learning models (E2E process) to production systems
- Training models and optimizing the performance of ML systems across the stack
- Working with a wide range of different data sources: text, images, video, audio, voice, and tabular
- Building and maintaining pipelines that run ML models online or batch
- Some of the technologies you might stumble upon in existing projects: fastAPI, TensorFlow, sklearn, numpy, Airflow, Kubernetes, Keras, PyTorch, pandas, Azure, AWS, MLFlow, Docker, various LLMs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in either software engineering or machine learning engineering, including deploying things to production-level systems
- 1+ years of hands-on data science experience, with proven track record
- Very comfortable with Linux and the Python data science stack
- Flexibility to work on different projects
- Having lots of curiosity and an eye for details
- Excellent written and verbal English and Estonian communication skills
- You are located within EU
