About the Position

The Fourth Law is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of autonomy technologies for drones. Our solutions are codified according to NATO standards and are currently utilized by over 50 units of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, as well as 20+ drone manufacturers. Our products are named after prominent Ukrainian figures of the "Executed Renaissance" and the "Sixtiers" movement-Vasyl Stus, Olena Teliha, Mykola Zerov, and Anatoliy Lupynos.

Purpose of the Role: Develop and implement intelligent models to solve real-world business challenges. You will transform theoretical algorithms into functional tools that enhance our product.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms;
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deploy ML solutions;
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation;
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed ML models in production;
• Document model development, experiments, and results clearly and consistently;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields;
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages;
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn;
• Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization for real-world applications;
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods;
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
