About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support our logistics operations during night shifts. If you are ready for a stable job, can work in a team, and are comfortable with night hours, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Completing and packing products according to customer orders.
• Shipping Processes: Preparing customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Warehouse Management: Receiving, storing, and issuing goods according to warehouse documentation.
• Internal Transport: Loading goods and transporting ordered products within the facility.
• Inventory and System Management: Continuously monitoring inventory levels and operating scanners and ERP systems.
• Work Standards: Maintaining workplace order and rigorously adhering to safety standards (BHP).
• Company Policy Compliance: Ensuring confidentiality, data protection, and the company's positive image, as well as performing other operational tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Night Shift Readiness: Willingness to work fixed night hours (22:00 - 06:00).
• Proficiency in Polish or Ukrainian to facilitate communication on the shop floor.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability, punctuality, and a responsible approach to daily duties.
• Diligence, responsibility in completing assigned tasks, and a high standard of teamwork.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a similar role in a warehouse or logistics center.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS / ERP).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift license - UDT).

• Hourly rate of 33.00 PLN gross plus attractive bonus conditions.
• Night shift allowance of 300 PLN from Autodoc, plus an additional 20% for each hour worked between 22:00-06:00.
