About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Magento Front End Developer to join our team to work on the US-based enterprise project.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Magento 2 frontend components
- Ensure high performance and scalability of web applications
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend elements with server-side logic
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Requirements
- 2+ years Magento 2 Frontend development experience
- Proficiency with: HTML5/CSS3/SASS/LESS/Bootstrap/JavaScript
- Understanding of Magento's code structure, extension architecture, and theming hierarchy
- Knowledge of Docker
- Understanding of business processes
- Practical experience in development of high-loaded projects
- Understanding Magento “under the hood”
- Good knowledge of Git and development tools (Gulp, Webpack, etc.)
- Knowledge of OOP, PHP, MySQL
- Confident understanding of SOAP, REST
- Experience with popular JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Prototype, RequireJS, Knockout.js, React.js)
- Experience with NoSQL databases and queue systems (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- English: Intermediate and higher
Nice to Have
- Knowledge how to create PWAs for existing and new projects
- Experience with Solr, ElasticSearch
- Advanced Linux knowledge
- Magento 2 certification
