About the Position
Maintenance Engineer
Join AUMOVIO as a Maintenance Engineer to optimize processes, manage equipment, and ensure compliance with quality standards in a leading automotive technology company.
Responsibilities
- Perform process optimization activities such as DOE evaluations, engineering reports, Root Cause Analysis, and new process setup.
- Set up new assembly machines and perform line modifications, including machine simulation and qualification.
- Manage automation projects (PLC, electrical wirings, mechanical designs) from prototype qualification to mass production.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities of all mainline equipment to improve efficiency.
- Manage equipment layout, create engineering drawings, and provide data for audits.
- Support line operations, perform sustaining duties, and manage fix assets and scrap.
- Comply with the company’s code of conduct and policies.
- Handle other tasks assigned by superiors related to the job objective.
Requirements
- Degree in any engineering course, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing setup.
- Thorough understanding of Quality Standards (ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001).
- Strong knowledge in Six Sigma methodologies.
- At least 2 years of experience in handling projects as a Project Team Leader.
- At least 1 year of experience in handling technical personnel.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with foreign nationalities. Proficient in English.
