Responsibilities
- Handling Notifications and Work Orders: Assigning, data inputting, and closure.
- Maintenance Statistics and Reporting: Including costs, notifications completion ratio, unplanned shutdown times, etc.
- Daily Management of Equipment: In non-production areas except IT equipment.
- Maintenance System Setup: Including preventive maintenance system, maintenance procedures, etc.
- Maintenance Workshop and Spare Parts Warehouses Housekeeping: Checking.
- Overhaul Management: Preparation, compiling schedule, holding progress meetings, etc.
- Other Tasks: Assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Education: College degree (inclusive) or above in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, chemical machinery, chemical engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Fresh graduate.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, Project, and CAD software.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing, passed CET-4).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
