Maintenance Test Engineer and Fault expert

We are looking for a Maintenance Test Engineer and Fault expert to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. If you are self-motivated, self-disciplined, and enjoy working in international teams and projects, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Development of Mechatronic components/system together with our automotive client in Gothenburg.
• Development of complete systems or components in systems.
• Develop and secure electric HW specifications.
• Writing component and system specifications.
• Testing of the components.
• Coordination of prototypes.
• Ensuring implementation and fulfilling of ISO standards.
• Support analyses of field quality issues and suggest corrective actions.

Requirements

Must have:

• Automotive project experience.
• Experience in RIG maintenance and fault tracing.
• Communication protocols e.g., CAN, Ethernet, and LIN.
• Experience with CANape, CANoe, CANalyzer, DSA, Matlab, Simulink, GT Suite, IPG Carmaker.
• Knowledge in some of the following systems: KDP, Pecca procost, VPC, VIRA, TcE.
• Driving license.
• Knowledge of System Safety concepts.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience of EMC/EMI and of relevant automotive standards.
• Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Experience with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), or ASPICE.
• ISO 16750 knowledge.
• CAD tools.
