Maintenance Workleader – 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and general maintenance on electronic devices, production equipment, and facilities equipment.
• Writes preventative maintenance work orders.
• Responds to trouble calls on production/process equipment, utility breakdowns, and work orders.
• Demonstrates the ability to investigate and solve problems, diagnose mechanical problems, and resolve minor mechanical and processing problems.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform changeovers and preventative maintenance on all production equipment.
• Works with outside contractors to perform miscellaneous installations and interacts with outside technical support.
• Knowledge of CMMS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tools.
• Able to read drawings, manuals, and schematics to properly troubleshoot equipment.
• Recommends equipment and control modifications and other changes to improve productivity.
• Updates drawings and schematics to reflect "as-built" conditions.
