About the Position
Kvertus is a Ukrainian product company that, since 2017, has been developing comprehensive radio-electronic warfare and reconnaissance solutions in the DefTech sector. Our technologies protect military, civilian, and critical infrastructure objects, ensuring their reliability and resilience against modern threats.
In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Master of the Installation Group who will ensure the effective organization of the installation group's work, quality control, and timeliness of work execution at sites, preparation of equipment for trips, as well as coordination of the team and maintaining necessary reporting.
Responsibilities
- Organization of the work of the mobile installation group at sites
- Planning of trips, distribution of tasks among team members
- Control of the preparation of equipment, tools, components, and documentation before departure
- Coordination of installation, connection, setup, and initial verification of equipment
- Quality control of completed work in accordance with technical requirements
- Resolution of organizational and technical issues during installation
- Communication with production, warehouse, engineers, service, and management
- Reporting after departure: status of execution, problems, defects, shortages, suggestions for improvement
- Control of safety compliance during work execution
- Training and adaptation of installation group members
- Participation in the improvement of installation processes, equipment assembly, and preparation for trips
Requirements
- Experience in managing installation, service, technical, or production teams
- Understanding of electrical engineering, equipment installation, cable connections, mounting, basic connection diagrams
- Ability to organize people's work on site
- Ability to read technical documentation, diagrams, instructions
- Experience with tools and assembly equipment
- Willingness to travel and work on sites
- Communicativeness, discipline, attention to detail
- Experience with REA, telecommunications, electronic, power, or specialized equipment (will be an advantage)
