We are seeking a Production Manager for the Confectionery department to join our team in Slovakia, ensuring production in the planned quantity, assortment, and quality.

Responsibilities

Manage production staff on the assigned shift of the respective operation to ensure production in the planned quantity, assortment, and quality.
Manage attendance and performance records of employees, work-related accidents, downtimes, and technological waste.
Lead, motivate, and evaluate the work performance of subordinate employees.
Ensure compliance with workplace and technological discipline, full utilization of the working time fund, and maximum utilization of machinery.
Address problematic situations at the operation and subsequently adopt and implement corrective measures to eliminate them.
Manage overtime work and promote teamwork.

Requirements

Minimum secondary school education with a maturita, or willingness to complete full secondary school education.
Minimum 3 years of experience in tire production or 5 years in team management.
Knowledge of technological processes of tire production, technical documentation, OHSP, focus on root cause problem-solving, knowledge of production information systems.
MS Office, SAP - active user.
Minimum 1 year without violation of work discipline / technical discipline / safety regulations.
Effective communication, assertiveness, organizational and management skills, critical thinking.
Preferred: quality management methods and tools, Labor Code - basics, English language.
Willingness to work shifts.

We Offer

Starting salary class: in accordance with internal compensation rules (based on the candidate's knowledge and experience)

The job position is classified with the target salary class TT10.
