Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated stylist to join our team at ARRISE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our presenters and game shufflers look impeccable through high-quality makeup and hair services. Your attention to detail and commitment to the company's standards will help maintain a perfect and professional image in front of the cameras.
Main Responsibilities
Make-up and Hair:
- Perform makeup and hairstyles according to company standards, including tattoo coverage, ensuring proper preparation and impeccable appearance for the camera.
- Record the quantity and type of hairstyles and makeup performed.
- Monitor the appearance of employees in the studios and offer touch-up recommendations.
Touch-up and Maintenance:
- Perform proactive or requested makeup and hair touch-ups.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of tools and work environment.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage the stock of materials and accessories.
- Ensure proper storage and use of equipment.
- Inform management immediately when products are running low for replenishment.
Training and Communication:
- Train employees on company appearance standards.
- Communicate effectively through internal channels to track and report on makeup and hair activities.
Employee Experience:
- Provide a pleasant experience to employees, maintaining a cordial attitude and using appropriate language in interactions.
Response Capability:
- Respond quickly to any requests communicated through corporate channels during business hours.
Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical professional experience in makeup/hairstyling.
- Professional Certification: Mandatory to have a diploma or certification in makeup/hairdressing.
- Languages: Intermediate to advanced English.
- Technical Skills: Computer skills to efficiently manage scheduling and communication.
- Flexibility: Availability to work in various shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle different personalities and cultures.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and self-discipline skills to maintain an impeccable appearance, interact positively with employees, and solve problems efficiently.
