About the Company
MAKEUP is one of the largest e-commerce projects in the online retail sector with over 200,000 products in its catalog and a presence on 30+ domains in various countries and language markets.
Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing a digital marketing strategy for 30+ markets. Building flexible scaling models based on performance and business goals.
- Full responsibility for planning, allocation, and control of significant marketing budgets.
- Leading the in-house team (PPC, Retention) and strategic synchronization with SEO and SMM departments to build a holistic customer experience through joint creative development, launches, and end-to-end analytics.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Working with large product feeds and continuously searching for new traffic channels.
- Coordinating large-scale advertising campaigns for partner brands.
- In-depth analysis of LTV, CAC, churn rate, and development of retention strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance / digital marketing. Experience in a Head / Lead / Senior Performance Manager position in a large e-commerce company (must have).
- Deep understanding of e-commerce economics (unit economics, profitability, LTV, ROI).
- Systemic understanding of attribution (GA4, server-side tracking, MMP, CDP) and complex account structures with large data volumes.
- Experience managing teams, ability to delegate, develop talent, and effectively interact with related departments.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Tier-1 markets in Europe and the USA.
- English: Upper-Intermediate and above.
