About the Position

We are looking for a Management Consultant with 4–8 years of experience in the financial services sector to join our team in Stockholm. You will be responsible for driving and delivering strategy and transformation initiatives in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements as either project lead or stream lead
• Drive and deliver strategy and transformation initiatives in financial services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

• 4–8 years’ experience in management consulting within the financial services sector (banking and/or insurance)
• Proven track record of driving and delivering strategy and transformation initiatives in financial services
• Experience leading client engagements, as either project lead or stream lead
• Full professional fluency in Swedish and English
• Relevant university degree, preferably in business or engineering

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital enablement within financial services
• Knowledge of service design and operational improvement
