Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver strategy and transformation initiatives in financial services
- Lead client engagements as either project lead or stream lead
- Collaborate with clients from initial concept through to execution
Requirements
- 4–8 years’ experience in management consulting within the financial services sector (banking and/or insurance)
- Proven track record of driving and delivering strategy and transformation initiatives in financial services
- Experience leading client engagements, as either project lead or stream lead
- Full professional fluency in Swedish and English
- Relevant university degree, preferably in business or engineering

About the Company
The Newground alliance began with a simple belief. Experienced consultants should be able to build firms around true specialization, without choosing between focus and scale.
