The Song GN practice is aligned with the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales, and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce, and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales, and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction, and impacting front-end business metrics in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Designing new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels and devices.
• Planning, designing, and executing large-scale marketing automation programs over channels such as email, SMS, CRM, web, SEO/SEM, etc.
• Providing recommendations on optimizing the Campaign/Marketing automation stack and developing use cases to improve utilization of the existing campaign engine.
• Gathering business requirements, designing processes, and solutions for the implementation of marketing and advertising solutions.
• Deriving insights for campaigns, working on campaign attribution, and strategy optimization.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree completed/In progress.
• Language: High proficiency in English.
• Experience: Proven working experience (3+ Years) in marketing technology and in delivering marketing solutions.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of marketing, marketing technologies, and the ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers.
  • Developing customer experience journey for a product, life event, and defining next best action strategy.
  • Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition/customer engagement.
  • Functional experience in Adobe Campaign/Marketo/Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Paid Media and Ads.
  • Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Good experience in leading and managing email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns and in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
