About the Position

We are seeking a Praktikam Founder's Associate (m/w/d) for a new product in Furniture Berlin. You should have a completed or advanced degree, preferably in business, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Ownership: Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
• Problem Solving: Solve complex problems in a structured manner.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Think analytically and strategically while being hands-on.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high quality standards and a can-do mentality.
• Digital Tools and Automation: Utilize digital tools, AI, and automation to enhance processes.

Requirements

• Education: Very good or advanced degree, ideally in business, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• Experience: Initial experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, strategy consultancy, VC, or personal projects/business.
• Languages: Fluent in German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2).
• Skills: Analytical thinking, strategic thinking, problem-solving, quality assurance, initiative, can-do mentality, enthusiasm for digital tools, AI, and automation.
