About the Position
Management Consultant SCM & Logistik (f/m/d)
OCM Consulting, a young and dynamic consulting firm, is looking for passionate logistics and supply chain managers to join our team in Munich, Germany. We are committed to providing innovative and effective solutions to our clients, helping them achieve competitive advantages through cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and sustainable orientation in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in consulting projects in logistics and SCM
- Develop and implement individual strategies for optimizing logistics and supply chain management
- Support and lead OCM team members
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and business partners
- Manage internal projects to expand expertise and functional areas, and participate in exciting startup projects
Requirements
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in logistics and SCM in management consulting or top talent from renowned companies
- Passion for actively shaping our young and dynamic consulting firm
- High level of motivation, authenticity, dynamism, and determination
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Innovative, quick thinking, and focus on the essentials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convince and inspire
